Apostol is responsible for the overall office operations, quality control and service delivery of Kidder Mathews’ Property Management Services in Southern California and Arizona. She enhances the strength of our Southwest Region with her tenure with Kidder Mathews and decades in commercial real estate and is a shareholder in the firm.

Mike Garner is one of the founding principals of Athena. He has an extensive background in commercial property management, having managed directly or indirectly over 20 million square feet of office and retail, throughout Arizona and California.
As President of Athena, Mr. Garner is responsible for directing the daily operations of the company, which include oversight of property management and leasing. Mr. Garner also coordinates the firm’s client relations, marketing and public relations.
